  • 40 acres of buildable area (or more based on State law and regulations), preferably contiguous
  • Buildable area defined by land with less than 15% slopes and is not environmentally constrained (e.g floodplain, wetlands, streams, etc.)
  • Three-phase electric power at the roadside or nearby
  • Need access for vehicles as well as electrical infrastructure
  • Field or forested (if clearing is allowed)
  • Can develop on different types of land as long as it is allowed by local zoning/land use (residential, commercial, agricultural, etc.)

Earn commission on solar land leads:  

  • 10-30 acres (or more based on State law and regulations) of buildable area, preferably contiguous
  • Buildable area defined by land with less than 10-15% slopes and land that is not environmentally constrained (e.g floodplain, wetlands, streams, etc.)
  • Site needs to be close to 3 phase power
  • Finder’s fee for every opportunity you introduce that results in a project being built and interconnected
  • Can be a lease or purchase
  • Can be on or off-market properties
  • Can be different types of land (e.g. greenfield, brownfield, landfill, etc.)
  • Can be different types of ownership (e.g. private, public, trust, etc.)
